To my nephew Robert James
2 CONC Stout a red cow. To my wife Ann Pollard residue during her widowhood with the incumbrance
2 CONC of my mother's free access and living in the place and to be provided for out of the same
2 CONC as in my lifetime. I direct Mr. Richard Kettlewell, father of my wife, does not trouble
2 CONC himself in the affairs of my estate as in that case I give the same to my nephew Robert
2 CONC James Stout, he paying each of his brothers Thomas Stoute and Edward Stoute 100 pounds
2 CONC each. And after my wife's death or marriage, I give my estate to my nephew the said Robert
2 CONC James Stoute.

I appoint my wife and my trusty friend Mr. Brian Tayler as executrix and
2 CONC executor.
