To my daughter Anne Franklin, wife of Nicholas Franklin formerly Ann Pollard 250 pounds and my other silver salver. To my grandson Jonathon John Franklin son of the said Nicholas Franklin and Ann his wife 100 pounds and to the child expected to the said Ann 100 pounds. Residue to my two sons John Pollard and Armell Henry Pollard when the latter attains 21. If they both die under 21, I give my estate to two grandsons, Abel Alleyne Culpeper and Jonathan John Franklin. Executors and guardians of my sons, Mr Henry Edey and Mr William Butler.
