Culpeper my interest in the estate called Kirtons... To Dr. Nicholas Franklin's son
Johnathan a cow called Cherry... Appoints Alleyne Culpeper and Dr N Franklyn exors.
Dated 26 Feb 1754. N.B. On March 1755, Elizabeth Pollard made a deed of sale to her
brother John Pollard for the within 3 acres of land in St. Michael for 100 pounds.
Her will was proved 6th Aug 1755.
