Dec 1734, was proved 20 May 1736. Abstract:- To all his children he left
slaves and appointed 'my above said sons and daughter to be my Executors and Executrix of
this my last Will and Testament'. He also directed that they should have the use of his
house 'till they alter their condition'.

To my loving cousin Mary Pollard, wife of John Pollard for life and then to my cousin
John Pollard junior. To my cousin George Pollard, father of the said John Pollard 2 acres
of land in St. Michael with part of a dwelling house thereon, butting on lands of
Daniel Wildey, R. Estwick and Samuel Dunckley for his life and then to my cousin Armell
Henry Pollard son of John Pollard. To my brother Joseph Pollard 5/-. To my aunt Sarah
Bonyan 5 pounds. Cousins George Pollard and John Pollard Exors. Dated 4th July 1744.
