    BYERS. - On the 6th October, at the residence of
    her son-in-law, Mr. J. P. Hird, Anne Jane, dearly
    loved wife of William Byers, late of Strathbogie,
    only daughter of the late Francis Alexander and
    Olivia Toppin, of Belfast, Ireland, loved mother
    of Olivia (Lily), Robert and James (A.I.F.), Wil-
    liam Francis (Kelvin View), Alex. Wm. (Warbur-
    ton), Mrs. Phil. Smart (Strathbogie), Mrs. J. P.
    Hird (Clayton), Mrs. Duncan Stewart (Hope-
    toun), and the late Margaret Watson; sister-in-
    law of Mrs. John Stewart, Windsor, aged 70
    years. At rest.
    Nb. Mother: Olivia Toppin (nee Faulkner)
Buried. at St Kilda Cemetery, Melbourne, VIC, AUS
