He maticulated at Queen's College, Oxford, on 27 March 1708 at the age of 17, and was
admitted a student of the Middle Temple.
Nb. In a Census taken in Barbados in the months of October and November 1715 are mentioned
Timothy Alleyne Esq, aged 24 and his wife Elizabeth aged 40 and their son Thomas, then
one year old.
Nb. By his Will dated 27 February, Timothy Alleyne gave his wife, Elizabeth his coach and
six horses, her riding horse, plate, jewels, etc., besides her accommodation in his
dwellinghouse and 100 pounds per annum. To his daughter Mary at age of 18, 2,500 pounds.
To his son Thomas Alleyne all his real estate etc. Executors: Wife Elizabeth Alleyne, and
Abell, Reynold, and John Alleyne, who were also to be guardians of his infant children.
